You not only have a skilled doctor and a support staff that consists of Client Advocates, Client Relation Directors, and other awesome people: you have a family of extraordinary people working together to provide the best medical care possible for your furry friend. We not only care about your pet. We care about you.
We pick up the phone.
Nowadays, it's harder and harder to reach a live person, no matter who you're trying to reach. When you call our practice, we pick up the phone. If you're placed on hold during the call, it's usually for only about 60 seconds (yes, we pay attention to those statistics.) And what happens when you have a question after hours? Just call and press 1 at the prompt and a live representative will answer with a smile. Call 3am on New Year's Eve, we'll pick up.
We hit the books.
We employ a staff of knowledgeable, dedicated people who are licensed when applicable and college-educated, because we know that pets are like client’s children: they’re like our children, too. We understand our clients and their concerns; knowing that it’s the “little things” that matter. While we’re experienced in our trade, we’re down-to-earth people who can see things for how they are.
Why is our practice different?
